Upgraded Initiative Screen

We have upgraded our Initiative screen to make Initiative management simpler, more visual, and easier to navigate

Key changes include

• Simpler Form focused on Fields that are used most often
• Visual widgets for Stakeholders, Team, Customer Expected Value, and Customer Deliver Value
• Visibility to the associated Customer Goal this Initiative supports
• Movement of Fields not used often to 'Additional Information' tab.  These fields will likely be retired / replaced with new features of the next several releases
