This new feature will provide the ability for SAMs/KAMs to set, and track, their Internal Goals aligned to Corporate Objectives per Key Account.
Within this optional feature, you'll have all pertinent fields, such as
- Type - Customizable drop-down list (i.e. Grow Product Revenue, Increase Adoption, etc.).
- Status - Customizable drop-down list (i.e. Potential, Reviewing, Active, etc.)
- Start and End Dates - when the Internal Goal begins and ends
- Description - Notes field that allows further details on the Internal Goal.
Navigation
A widget is available for the Customer Summary Screen.
Using the side navigation, you can quickly find the new Internal Goals feature bucketed along with other internal features, such as Financial Plans, Internal Team, SWOT Analysis, etc., in the ABOUT US section. These labels can be customized.
Internal Goals can also be found in the 'About Us' section of the Full Navigation pop up screen.
Customization
This optional feature can be turned on by your Valkre Admin, or requested by a Valkre Admin at Support@valkre.com. This feature can also be assigned to specific Roles within Valkre. The titles, labels and drop-downs can be customized to your organization's terminology.
In Settings, you can change the name of the 'Our Goals' widget under:
- Settings
- Customer
- General
- Customer
To configure the verbiage, Types of goals and Priority levels:
- Settings
- Customers
- Our Goals (unless you changed the label in the previous setting)
- Customers
To deploy the Internal Goal:
- Settings
- Customers
- Customer Type (if you have multiple customer types, you would need to repeat these next steps)
- Features (move from 'Inactive' to the bucket you want the Feature to live under)
