This new feature will provide Teams with a place to align internally on past agreements, new opportunities, and future negotiations.
Within this optional feature, you'll have all pertinent fields, such as
- Name - Contract name
- Type - Customizable drop-down list (i.e. Subscription, MSA, Software, etc.)
- Status - Customizable drop-down list (i.e. Negotiating, In-Progress, Active, etc.)
- Revenue - Contract Valkre
- Start and End Dates - when the Contract begins and ends
- Description - Notes field that allows further details on the contract/agreement.
- Special Terms - Normal, contractual details (i.e. clauses, amendments, etc.)
Navigation
A Widget is for the Summary Page to view a list of active Contracts with this Account, the Contract Status, and when the Contract Ends

Using the Side Navigation, you'll be able to quickly find the new Contracts feature bucketed along with other financial features, such as Opportunities and Investments within the VALUE CAPTURE section.

In addition, the Contracts module can be found under 'Value Capture' section of the Full Navigation popup.

Customization
This optional feature can be turned on by your Valkre Admin, or requested by a Valkre Admin at Support@valkre.com. This feature can also be assigned to specific Roles within Valkre. The titles, labels and drop-downs can be customized to your organization's terminology.

Future Plans
In future releases, other elements of Valkre will be connected to Contracts such as Initiatives, Customer Expected Value and Customer Delivered Value to help articulate the value creation work done to support negotiation of future agreements.
