CRM Integration: Links to Valkre that utilize the CRM Record ID

Valkre will now understand links that include a CRM Record ID which will allow linking to any content in Valkre from a CRM without adding any Valkre data to the CRM.  For example, creating a Link to the Valkre Account Plan on a CRM Account Profile.

The Link would be constructed to be: https://yoursite.valkre.com/customer/external-id/yourCRMAccountId
