Competitors: New Feature Available

A new feature is available for assigning Competitors to a Customer to collect competitive intelligence and perform more detailed competitive analysis.

For this release, this feature will focus solely on the basics:

• Admins can set up a centralized list of Competitors along with ability to add custom fields, widgets, and achievements.  A centralized list provides the foundation for future marketing-related features such as distributing competitive intel, AI-generated insights, and reporting on competitive pressures.

   

• Customer Admins can then 'add' relevant Competitors to their Customers to profile and analyze the Competition.  In future releases, these Competitors will be utilized in other Valkre Features such as Whitespace Analysis, Account Planning, Stakeholder Management, and Opportunity Management.
