Risks: New Feature Available

A new feature is available for identifying Risks to achieving your goals with a Customer to creative visibility and accountability into barriers, gaps, and other issues that threaten progress with an Account.

For this release, this feature will focus solely on the basics:

• Admins can set up custom fields, widgets, and achievements for 'Risks' like other features in Valkre.

   

• Customer Admins can then 'add' Risks to their Customers to create visibility on issues.  In future releases, these Risks will be utilized in other Valkre Features such as Whitespace Analysis, Account Planning, Stakeholder Management, and Opportunity Management.
