Upgraded Customer Navigation

With the new ability to fully customize the Account Management Process in Valkre, the navigation of a Customer in Valkre needed to be upgraded.

Now, when Users hover over the left hand navigation, they will see not only the Process Steps, but also the underlying Features.  This will reinforce the process being implemented and make accessing Features in Valkre more efficient.
