Customized Customer Home Page & Layouts

As part of the new Customer Type Feature, Admins can now fully configure the Home Page for a Customer as add additional Home Page Layouts to provide quick access to information relevant to a specific use case.

For example, the Customer Layouts feature can be used to create:

• Home Page consisting of the Widgets that Users use the most
• Quarterly Business Review 
• Executive Summary 
• Monthly Team Status
• etc.

Configuring Layouts

Under Settings -> Customers - Customer Types, you will find a list of Customer Types defined for your organization.  Clicking on a Customer Type will show the configuration options for a Customer Type.  The last tab is called Layouts.  Here you can create one or many Layouts for the Home Page for this Customer Type.  NOTE:  Some layouts can be marked as Confidential such that they do not appear in Customer Facing mode.

Clicking on a Layout will bring up the configuration options such as Name (which will be the Tab name on the Customer Home Page) and Confidential.  You will also see all of the Widget available to place on the Layout based on the Features that have been activated for this Account.  Simply drag them into place and hit Save.  The new Layout will automatically appear for the Customers associated with this Customer Type.
