Scorecards: Mark Questions as N/A or Unknown

When completing a Scorecard, sometimes a question is not application to an Account or the answer is simply not known.  Users will be able to designate these situations rather than making 'N/A' or 'Unknown' an answer.

• N/A:  When a User selects this, this question will not be considered in the overall score and the User will not be able to select an Answer

   

• Unknown:  When a User Selects this, the question will still be considered in the overall score, but the User will not be able to select an Answer.
