Checklist Delete and Refresh

Users can now Delete an entire Checklist from Mutual Objectives as well as 'refresh' the Checklist items if the master template was been updated.  NOTE:  Delete and Refresh will remove all history of any previous Checklist work.

These items are found under the Actions menu.
