Admins can now add a new type of Customer Field to their configurations: Multi-Select Picklists.
This is done under Settings->Customers->Custom Fields->Multi-Select
How to Create Multi-Select options:
1. Use the tabs at the top to select and configure the Multi-Select option within the widget, for example, in the highlighted 'Initiatives/Projects' widget
2. Create the header or question at the top, for example, Favorite Season.
3. Enter in the selections or answer choices.
Optional: You can also add ToolTips, which create a partially hidden definition of that line item. Lastly, you can drag up or down any of those answer choices if you wish to change the order.
Once a Multi-Select field is created, it can be added to the UX through the Customer Type->Custom Fields
How to add Multi-Select to tile/widget:
- Under the specific Customer Type, select Custom Fields
- Use the tabs at the top to select and add the Multi-Select option within the widget, for example, in the highlighted 'Initiatives/Projects'.
- Drag from the UNUSED Multi-Select option, for example, Favorite Season, up to activate.
Optional: create a section, for example, 'New Section Title', to separate these fields.
