Valkre is in the midst of updating how Custom data elements are added and managed. One necessary interim step towards a final solution is to bring Custom Fields and Classifications together on the Customer Description feature. The existing classifications will simply appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
No updates are required by Admins....and there is no impact to the existing Classifications widgets and Screens.
More to come on this improvement thread, including the ability to add other types of Fields and an improved User Experience.
