To help guide Account Teams advance a Mutual Objective, Admins can now set up Checklists that are deployed though the Valkre Playbook feature.
A Mutual Objective can have one or many Checklists associated to it. In the example below a checklist is is provided to help guide what Market resources should be shared to generate interest as well as a Project checklist to help create internal team alignment. These checklists will appear automatically if the Mutual Objective is downloaded from the Library.
Clicking on the Checklist label or the Checklist itself brings up the Checklist tab for this Mutual Objective. Here you can see the various Checklists displayed as tabs with a Status icon at the top. Green means all items have been checked. Gray means none have been checked. Blue means at least one item is checked, but not all of them. For each Checklist, there are items to 'check'. Once checked, the system will save who Checked the item and on what date. Unchecking clears this out.
If the Mutual Objective has no Checklists associated to it because it existed before the Checklist feature was deployed, Users can add a Checklist using the Actions menu.
Configuring Checklists
Admins can set up Checklists by following these steps:
1. Create Checklist Templates
2. Activate Checklists on Customer Type
3. Associate Checklist to Project Goal Playbook
1. Create Checklist Templates
Under Settings->Customers->Project Goal Checklists, Admins can set up Checklists. Here you can change the label of the feature as well as set up various templates to be deployed. Creating a template is as simple as adding Items and sections in the order they should be displayed.
2. Activate Checklists on Customer Type
Under Settings->Customers->Customer Types->Feature Options, Admins must activate the checklist option under Mutual Objectives in order to activate the feature.
3. Associate Checklists to Mutual Objective Playbook
Under Workspaces -> Playbooks, Admins can associate the one or many Checklists that should be used for this Mutual Objective. Once this is done, Checklists will automatically be added to a Mutual Objective when downloaded and/or Account Teams can pull Checklists down to their Mutual Objectives.
