A New Feature is available to add to your Process: Customer SWOT Analysis. This feature works exactly like the internal SWOT Analysis, but provides teams with a place to think about the Customer's Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats to help identify Mutual Objectives.
This feature is activated by Customer Type under settings. Additionally, a widget is available to add to existing Summary Layouts and the '9 Box' Option is available as well.
