SWOT Analysis Upgrade

Several enhancements have been made to the SWOT Analysis feature.

Performance Improvements

This feature was analyzed and optimized to increase speed and responsiveness.

Wizard UX

The User Experience was updated to guide teams through a 'wizard' that splits the SWOT Analysis into an Internal Analysis and an External Analysis.  By breaking the SWOT Analysis up into steps, teams should improve their strategic thinking and simplify facilitation of a larger team work session.

Change Name, Date, Owner & Add Team Members

The SWOT Analysis now has a 'Settings' section to change the name, date, and owner of the SWOT Analysis.  This is helpful when teams like to build multiple SWOT Analyses and need to distinguish between the various work.  In addition, SWOT Owners can add Team Members to document who was involved in the SWOT Analysis and provide those Team Members with Edit Rights to the SWOT.

Option for '9 Box' SWOT

For teams looking to perform a deeper SWOT Analysis, there is an option to transform a standard SWOT into a 9 Box approach that prompts Teams to thinking deeper about the potential strategies or ideas based on the their Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats

9 Box SWOT option is available by Customer Type under Feature Options.
