The popularity of the FIT and Coaching scorecards has yielded requests for other types of scorecards and KPI tracking. In this release, Admins can set up as many Scorecards as you would like and deploy them by Customer Type.
NOTE: Customer Scorecard is a customized label under Settings->Customer->General
Under Customer Settings, Admins can create Customer Scorecard Templates. For example, and Industry Strength or Competitiveness Scorecard. These templates work just like the existing Fit and Coaching Scorecards except you can deploy as many as you would like.
Once an Admin creates the Template, the Customer Scorecard Feature is deployed by Customer Type. First, drag the Customer Scorecard feature.
Then optionally drag the Customer Scorecard Widget to the Layout
Finally, drag which Templates you want to make available to a given Customer Type
Once configuration is complete, the Customer Scorecards will be available to use and manage just like the existing scorecards under the 'Customer Scorecards' portion of the Side Navigation and the Widget deployed.
