User Types

As the number of Internal Resources grow to support Key Account Management, there is a need to categorize the Users to make them easier to find in the application and enhance reporting. User Types are now available to be set up for each User can will be soon available in all aspects of the UX to search on User Type.  

NOTE:  User Type is different than a User Role.  User Roles is the role of that User in the Valkre platform that governs application security and User Experience.  User Type is used through the application to categorize Users for reporting, searching, etc.

Under Settings -> Customer -> Users, Admins can set up User Roles, User Types, and map User Roles and Types.
