To assist Teams stay aligned on the major progress making with their Customers, Valkre has upgraded it's Activity Tracking capabilities.
Tracking & Notifying Significant Activity
The Valkre Activity feed now tracks all significant activity occurring with Customers. For example, tracking creation of new SWOT Analyses, changes in Stakeholder Status, and completing a Coaching Session. This Activity will be logged in the Activity Feed and shared in Email Notifications subject to a User's Role and Notification Preferences.
Better Activity Visibility On Objects
For all Objects in Valkre that have detail screens, there are now Activity Widgets and Views to see the timing of progress made on that Object.
Activity Status for a Customer
Valkre will start tracking an 'Activity Status' for a Customer. This Status will be represented as Orange, Grey, Blue, and Green using the following logic:
- GREEN: Activity occurred on the Plan in the last 30 Days
- BLUE: Last 60 Days
- GREY: Between 60 - 90 days
- ORANGE: Over 90 Days
This status will be reinforced on the Activity Widgets in the Plan
Activity Status Dashboard
The Activity Status will also be able to be monitored through a new Cross Customer Widget and Dashboard. The Widget is available to be added on the Cross Customer Dashboard.
Clicking onto the Widget or using the Left Hand Nav will provide a list of the Customers, the last date Activity occurred, and the corresponding Activity Status icon/color.
Updated Customer Activity Report
More a more detailed view of the Customer Activity, the Customer Activity report has been updated to reflect all of the Activity being tracked and notified in Valkre.
