Limit Users From Creating Customers, Locations, and Stakeholders

For Valkre Deployments that wish to limit the User's ability to add CRM Objects:  Customers, Locations, and Stakeholders, Valkre Admins can now disable this functionality.

In Account Settings -> Customers -> General, there is a tab called 'Select Features' to control these rights
