When a new version of a Customer Scorecard is created, Valkre will track whether the answer to the question has changed since the previous version.
This will be noted with an arrow designating the direction of the change as well as the date it changed.
In addition, a new report is available that shows all of the latest answers to all of the latest questions as well as the date/direction of change. You can find this under the 'Customer Scorecards Report'.
