Library Playbooks: Tabs on Mutual Objective and Initiatives

When Mutual Objectives or Initiatives are added to an Account from the Library, a Playbook Tab can be made available to include all of the Playbook content.

For this to work, Admins need to opt-into the Playbook Feature Option for Mutual Objectives and Ideas on the Customer Type
