Resources

Valkre's new Resources section enables organizations to centrally post important files and links, making them available on demand to users. 

The top navigation header appears on almost every single page in Valkre, which will allow immediate access.

To set this up, Valkre Admin's should go to

• Settings (under their name in the top right-hand corner)
  • Resources
    • Categories - define the categories these links and documents would be under
    • Resources - the files and links that are to be centralized
      • Name - the title of the content
      • Description - a brief overview or definition of the resource
      • Type - Choose between adding a link (Type = URL) or a shareable file (Type = Embed)
      • Category - which bucket this resource should be placed under
      • URL or Embed Code - paste the approved path
      • Role Security - This can be set up and controlled by Valkre Admin's and permissions and visibility can be set for all Roles or specific Roles.

You can add the associated image to that specific resource after the details above are saved
