Locations: Custom Labels now available for Locations and Buying Center

Admins can now adjust the labels for the Locations feature, including the name of the Feature (ex. Customer Organization), the Locations themselves (ex. Divisions) and Buying Center (ex. Decision Center).

This is done under Settings -> Customer -> Customer Organization
