The New Achievements feature can also be used to provide insights on Account Health. This can be done with basic math on how many Achievements have bene completed for a given Customer and label them accordingly. For example, Admins can now set up 'Tiers' of Achievement completion that provides a quick view into the 'health' of this engagement. In that regard, Achievements become tangible measurements into how well we are performing with this Account.
By establishing these Tiers, the Achievements Dashboard comes to life...visualizing the 'health' of the Customer or Achievements.
Clicking into the Widget offers more details about a Customer or Achievement. Keep clicking through for additional details
Finally, an Achievements report is available to view and export all Account Health Data.
