A new sub-feature is available for Stakeholders called ‘Related Customers’. This feature allows users to view KAM efforts for a Stakeholder at other Customers…even if that User does not have access to the Related Customers. Stakeholders being managed in multiple Customers are identified by having the same External Id. This will allow Users to understand if there are efforts related to their Stakeholder that they do not have access to such that they can reach out to others and learn more.
In addition to listing out the Related Customers, some insights on their level of Advocacy and level of Engagement stats are available.
Configuration of Stakeholder: Related Customers is just like other Valkre sub-features:
- Sub-feature Label can be changed under Settings -> Customers -> Stakeholders
- The sub-feature can be turned on/off under Customer Type->Feature Options
