Customer Classifications are an important feature for categorizing and reporting on KAM efforts. This release improves this feature with a better UX for users as well as more flexibility for Admins to deploy the right Classifications to the right Customer Type.
Improved UX
Classifications have a 'Widget' and is now part of the Left Hand Navigation. This allows Admins to create clarity to the Users how this Account is Classified to assist with data quality while making it easier for Users to find and complete.
In addition, Classifications have a new Edit Screen that can be organized into Sections by admins for a cleaner user experience.
Deploy Customer Classifications By Customer Type
Admins now have more flexibility to deploy Customer Classifications by Customer Type. In addition, Admins can design the Classification screen by adding Sections and determining which Classifications should be Read Only.
In Settings -> Customer Types, Admins can 'drag and drop' the Classifications they wish to deploy and in the order they desire. Admins can create Sections to better organize the screen with the '+ Section' button. Sections can be 'drag and dropped' to reorder them as well. Finally, checking the 'checkbox' will mark this Classification as Read Only if it is fed from an API.
